I started ModelUN as a Junior and I began at the beginner Nova conference. I acted as the Ivory Coast and talked about water scarcity and food insecurity. My second conference was at Georgetown and it was 4-days long. I participated as Madagascar and talked about peacekeeping. Model UN has taught me so much about communication and teamwork.

Chess Club is actually the club I have been involved with the longest. I play chess once a week with friends. I love chess because it is fun and teaches you a lot about strategy.

I love helping my math teacher from 6th and 7th grade in the math lab where students go to get assistance with math homework. Now as a senior, I help younger students with anything from algebra to calculus. I love helping other people and sharing my interest in math.
