Palenque Soccer Relief Fund

I raised $3,000 through Family, Friends, and Personal Contributions to provide the Palenque village in Colombia with soccer balls, and uniforms for their soccer team. I Connected with the Bogotá based club Millonarios and received further support on the project. This included 13 Full Goalkeeper Uniforms (Shorts, Shirts, and Socks) - 15 White Home Kit Shorts - 5 Official Home Kit Jerseys -  8 Baby Uniforms - 3 Official Balls. I also created an Instagram for the project called @smilesorganization.inc and came in contact with an associate of FC Inter de la Sierra based in Santa Marta, Colombia who agreed to attend the event and speak to the coaches to set up a system for Palenque’s talents to play at a professional level.

It has been amazing to help this small village to expand their soccer program!
